Oliver started “Business isn’t Hard” for his thesis project at Arizona State University. He believes there’s a gap between the classroom (technical skills) and the real world (soft skills) – the goal of the podcast is to bridge that gap.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Oliver is currently studying finance and marketing at Arizona State University. He’s passionate about leadership and helping companies grow. Oliver believes that the core elements of success in business and leadership can be broken down into simple concepts. Outside of school and work, Oliver finds time to play sports and guitar.
